We do not operate a user database.

If you purchase Professional Process, Stripe processes the payment and may share transaction details necessary to confirm that the payment happened.

These details may include information such as the payment status, amount, currency, date, product purchased, and contact information associated with the checkout.

We do not store your tasks.

We do not analyze your assessments.

We do not build a productivity profile about you.

That would require follow-through.

Tasks entered into the page are used in your browser to generate a Decision Readiness Assessment.

They are not saved to a server by this site.

Generated assessments are not stored, reviewed, ranked, or escalated to a committee.

Payments are handled by Stripe Checkout.

Stripe may collect your email address, payment details, billing information, device information, and transaction records according to its own policies.

Agent S.M.I.T.H. receives only the information needed to confirm the transaction and maintain basic payment records.

We do not receive or store your full card number.
