It presents a fictional workflow system for assessing decision readiness.

It is not a real operational AI agent.

It does not create operational authority, delivery obligations, or ownership transfers.

Generated assessments are informational artifacts.

Process Contribution is a one-time purchase for $1.99.

By purchasing Process Contribution, you acknowledge that the assessment workflow remains unchanged.

No dashboard, account, automation, operational AI agent, or productivity system is included.

You may receive a receipt confirming that the transaction occurred.

The confirmation record is associated with the payment session.

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Stripe may handle payment details, transaction records, billing information, fraud prevention, and related payment operations according to its own terms and policies.

Agent S.M.I.T.H. does not receive or store your full card number.

No dashboard is included.

No account is created.

No operational automation is provided.

No real AI agent is assigned to your work.

No feature is guaranteed to change decision velocity.

No roadmap will be attached.

If something went wrong with payment, contact us and we will review the issue in good faith.

The purchase is intentionally small and clearly described, but that does not remove basic payment fairness.

Refund decisions may depend on Stripe records, duplicate charges, technical errors, fraud indicators, or applicable consumer protection rules.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund, withdrawal, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

Do not use the site for unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.

Do not enter sensitive personal data into the task field.

Do not use generated output to mislead, harass, impersonate, defame, or harm others.

The correct amount of operational detail is none.

The site is provided as is.

We do not guarantee availability, accuracy, uptime, productivity gains, stakeholder alignment, or execution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent S.M.I.T.H. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or productivity-related losses.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

These terms may be updated from time to time.

Material changes will be reflected on this page.

A steering committee is not required for terms updates.
